Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an investigational triple hormone receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly that simultaneously activates GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. It represents the next evolution beyond dual agonists like tirzepatide by adding glucagon receptor activation.
