Common questions before you apply
Who qualifies for wholesale pricing?
Research laboratories, medical clinics, compounding pharmacies, universities, and licensed resellers ordering at least 25 units per month qualify. We verify business credentials during the approval process and don't extend wholesale pricing to individual end users.
How long does approval take?
Most accounts are reviewed and approved within 48 business hours of receiving your inquiry. We may reach out for additional documentation (business license, DEA registration if applicable, or proof of research affiliation) before final approval.
Is the wholesale product different from retail?
No. Same lab, same SKUs, same lyophilized vials, same third-party COAs. The only thing that changes when you scale with us is the per-vial price  never the standard.
Do you offer custom batch sizes or private-label packaging?
Custom batch sizes are available at the Clinic and Enterprise tiers. Co-branded or private-label packaging is available for Enterprise accounts on a per-program basis. Reach out via the form above with your specs and we'll quote accordingly.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
Lab tier accounts get Net 15 terms after the first qualifying order. Clinic tier unlocks Net 30. Enterprise accounts negotiate custom terms. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards. No fees on ACH or wire.
How fast do wholesale orders ship?
Same business day for orders placed by 2 PM EST  even on bulk orders. Clinic and Enterprise accounts get priority queue access. All shipments include tracking via your choice of USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx.
What if a batch doesn't meet purity spec on arrival?
Send us your independent test results and we'll replace the batch at no cost. We've never had to do it on a verified COA  but the guarantee stands. Wholesale partners get advance access to upcoming batch COAs so you can verify before committing inventory.
